• Stay on well-lit paths and sidewalks. Think about using reflective tape or glow sticks to make costumes more visible to drivers.

• Keep pets safely indoors during Halloween to prevent them from getting scared or agitated by trick-or-treaters.

• Be extra cautious on Halloween night. Drive slowly in residential areas and watch out for children crossing the streets.

• Keep your home well-lit and free of tripping hazards for trick-or-treaters.

• Keep decorations away from candles or other potential fire hazards.

My name is Chi Jiang and I am a husband to my beautiful wife Lili and a father to my 2-year-old and 6-year-old sons. I went to Foothill College and transferred to Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York, where my family is located. I've been in insurance business since 2013 in New York and in 2019 I moved here in the Bay Area to start my career as a State Farm agent. I enjoy spending time with my family, wondering around the world, or just staying home and watching movies with my wife. I'm excited to help the Bay Area communities.
